I on loan a Zoom H4 from a acquaintance and found it tremendously frustrating to wear out. The owners handbook was immediately gibberish to me. I may well not kind heads or tails of the commands. It was a thoroughly frustrating experience and I was raring to go to allot up on making a disc, and raring to go to function back to making old fashioned tape tape recordings.

I took a ability on the Zoom H2 and am not regretful. All the head aches of the H4 maintain been addressed with the H2. This system is much easier to wear out. I'm using it to pick up live chain harmony and it does a wonderful job. Sounds lofty! I'm not an egg head bore or a central processing unit expert nor am I a licensed sound recording engineer, and I am very comfortable using this system.

Zoom ought to maintain listened to everything citizens were complaining not far off from the H4 whilst they designed the H2.

I've had my H2 since September, and used it in a variety of licensed broadcast situations, with sundry achievement. The recorder worked well whilst recording from a line level or mult box feed by the side of mic level. I loved flipping barred the tag and putting it into my laptop's SD slot to contract the library in quickly in place of edits.
